The PARAGON® E3000 Lumashine Hair Processor penetrates hair follicles and dries hair from the inside out with infrared technology. Hair is dried faster with less damage resulting in smooth and manageable hair. Bond dyes and molecules to hair with the ozone function to help protect and condition the hair by "locking in" dye for a more vibrant long-lasting color.
